  • The Permashell is warranted against the loss of water caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Nordic warrants the Permashell material of the hot tub not to peel, crack, or delaminate resulting from a defect in the shell material. 
  • Lifetime warranty from the original purchaser.

                                                                                            10 YEAR CABINET WARRANTY

  • The cabinet material is warranted not to peel, crack, wrinkle, blister or delaminate and to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
  • This warranty specifically covers the cabinets structural integrity (exclusive of surface stain), including all glue and integral bonded joints.
  • The finish is warranted to be free from defects at the time of initial delivery to the original consumer purchaser.

         5 YEAR HEATER WARRANTY

  • The heating element of the hot tub is warranted to be free of defects in materials and malfunction for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
  • Warranty would only be voided if improper chemical balance is found to be the cause of heater failure.

                                                                                              3 YEAR COMPONENT WARRANTY

  • Nordic warrant the electrical components, pumps, air valves, slice valves, and hot tub components against malfunction, leaking or defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Filter cartridges, light bulbs, filter covers, pump seals and cover locks are not included but are warranted to be free from manufactured defects.
